    I Hate Uws

Gee, every other uni student from other unis loves UWS's enrolling and registration system - plus our student cards are like credit card quality - not that cheap laminate stuff.

Pretty much, the other subject must have another session time, otherwise you are doing subject out of that faculty probably.

    Law at Harvard?

If you do a degree from scratch in a foreign law school, you need to be inducted with a course in Australia that clarifies our laws. This can be done at UTS for example with the Graduate Diploma in Australian Law. Furthermore if you chose an English Law School, the College of Law in Sydney can...

    ur class

My class was really interesting. In year 11, no one really bothered turning up, except me and some others. THe others did quite bad that year, but I was happy top get 100% here and there in my assessments. Year 12, a new teacher who was amazed at how the class got by the year before, was open...

    Law&society/Human Rights

Exactly right, and some teachers mark hard to prepare you for the HSC and ensure you get feedback. Low marks are also a reason why marks are mapped and scaled.

    Law&society/Human Rights

Like me, I came first. In year 11, I beat every student in every assessment task by far. In year 12, I did the same only I came second by 2 marks in one assessment (I still think the question of that assessment was unfair - there are 6 elements to a contract, not three).

    Law&society/Human Rights

No unfortunantely not, It depends if you teacher prefers to push them up. The only time marks are rounded is when your final HSC mark is found.
