Your school's rank is not too bad, neither are your ranks, they are pretty good, except you have a considerably small cohort, right now I'd say your looking at 79/80:), possibly more, now is the best time to be complacent leading up to your exams, you should be walking out of the exam thinking...

There are many pro's and con's to memorising essays, unless your essay is generic and can be moulded then i suggest you stay with what you have, otherwise memorising an essay can attribute to the fludiity of your essay wriitng in an exam which will add to its sophistication.

This. Unless your paragraphs are like 100/150 words each, which wouln't be enough to develop a strong argument imo, I just explore 3 themes at most, my paragraphs are 300 words each.

You can link the first person pronoun to the conventions of rhetoric i.e. pathos, ethos and logos, it's a technique that works particularly well with speeches, imo if you were to put this in it could potentially make your argument stronger, and there is no real harm in doing so :)
