Just write something, anything if possible that is relevant to the question, this would easily get you a 56+ ATAR, as the median ATAR is around 64.

After all the HSC is just another set of exams, through both our preliminary and HSC years we have been doing exams over and over again, what makes this exam any different (despite it's higher weighting)?

This is why its better to study for both paper's at least a week beforehand so you don't leave yourself with one day to study for Paper 2 :)

Pretty much, perhaps you can link in the concept of self-actualization in Maslows hierachy, in that: as we have reached self-actualisation (through our connections to others and the larger world) we have defined our place in the word (i.e. established a sense of being/identity).

The prevalence of a different text type, other than the narrative, has been quite low, from what I remember there was one asking for a letter, a feature article seems a bit too extreme for the creative but not for the essay.

HSC marker's are used to seeing near illegible writing, however that being said the legibility of your writing can impact upon the ways in which the marker percieves what your actually trying to communicate, try writing slower if you must, or perhaps try a different pen. Another tip; try and...
