Ketogenic diet. ie. high protein, high fat, VERY low (trace) carbs.
Its basically 2.5 times the recommended daily fat intake (80g). 3 times the recommended protein intake daily (50g). 60% of a normal diet is recommended to be made up by carbohydrates, in a keto carbs MUST make up less than 5% of the total calories.
Hard to comprehend but when done successfully keto maintains muscle mass while optimising fat loss. So basically im eating as much fat as I can to be as big and lean as ive ever been.
It really isn't. I did it for 7 days and noticed more 'tone' on my legs and stomach, had 48 hours of carbs then today is day 1 of my 10 day no carb cycle, I expect even better results after the next 10 days.Sounds like a scam lol...

Freeze the mince ?I forgot to plan ahead but i brought 3 pack of 800-900g mince... didn't go half half the meat pack so i have to eat the mince in 2 days or left b4 it go off..
