Not much today
played nrl for 15 minutes
played "pulleys" which is a game my friends and i devised which is actually quite tiring and fun

My usual afternoon gym session, skipped the morning one though (couldn't get out of bed).
worked triceps,chest,biceps,back worked mostly biceps and back though..
will work triceps and chest on Friday.

pretty happy with the effort i put into working my biceps.

Yesterday:
- 10 min walk to the bus stop
- Walked through Surfers, about 15 mins all up
- 10 min walk home
- 30 min cardio workout on exercise.tv website
- Practiced karate kicks, just cos I could.

Yesterday:
- 10 min walk to the bus stop
- Walked through Surfers, about 15 mins all up
- 10 min walk home
- 30 min run consisting of 5 mins walk, 10 mins jog then repeated

u noe u have to elevate your heart rate for like 30mins at a time for it to do something

so like 10 mins walks and shit are doing basically nothing

Doing any type of physical movement burns calories. The impact may be lesser than keeping an elevated heart rate for 30mins + but that's not to say anything less does nothing.
