Doing any type of physical movement burns calories. The impact may be lesser than keeping an elevated heart rate for 30mins + but that's not to say anything less does nothing.u noe u have to elevate your heart rate for like 30mins at a time for it to do something
so like 10 mins walks and shit are doing basically nothing
