estimates of raw marks always really really fail so yea

unless you're at the top, in which case its pointless to work out band6 cutoffs

that said, the people who topped it say they got 117
so i assume cutoff for state ranks was about 115

@ above two: goes to show that estimates are pretty off. it's unlikely that bout 80 and 85 aligned to the same mark, it's a big gap

Yeh, with that data you can un-comfortably say that the band e4 cutoff was about 81/120.

i thought i got 67/84 and my exam mark was 94 it seems wrong that a difference 11 raw marks only makes 3 more aligned marks

hahah 4unit i shit you not i think i got 70/120 but ended up with 91 external.

3unit around 55/84 and i got 93

I think you did much better than you gave yourself credit for. You probably got about 77+/120 in 4 unit. If 55/84 in 3unit was 93 then around 46/84 would be 90, that means that to get an E4 all you would have to do is get just over a pass mark. Looking at other people's 3unit estimates, its realistic to say that 58-60/84 would be a 90.

I personally thought i got 62-64/84 and i got 91 for my exam mark. I got 94 for my assesment mark so i got 93 HSC altogether.

Yeh, i've applied to get my exams back, i should be getting them soon if it got approved.
