Damn...I wonder if they ask the same questions from year to year.
What kind of questions did they ask you shafqat?

My memory of that interview is a bit foggy, but here goes.

What is actuarial studies?
Why do you want to do actuarial studies?
What will you do if you miss out?
What sort of leadership roles have you done?
Recount a situation where you used those skills to resolve a conflict.
Name a situation where you improved efficiency using organisational skills (~somthing like that).
They often have a common question for everyone. For us it was 'how many people do you think are born every year in Australia? State your reasoning.'

Thanks :)

I guess that list of questions sounds ok. Apart from the leadership question, did they ask you anything about what extracurricular activities you did? (I guess that's the part I'm most interested in)

And what's with the completely random last question? lol...some sort of psychology-type thing I guess - maybe it determines your type of character

It'll be obvious if you have rehearsed answers to those questions.
But I guess questions like that are random and they probably change it every year, so it'd be difficult to rehearse anyway.
As for the first few questions, there's no saying why you can't prepare to answer them...not so far as to actually practise full responses, but at least have an idea of what you might say. Rehearsing sounds artifical, but preparing makes you look more confident.
