    MATH1141 Question Worked Solutions

Btw, for future reference you may want to not post up too many questions about the quizzes until they are closed and the answers are up (example tonight at 9pm).

    Transferring courses/university now

You might have to defer for 6 months and apply again through UAC for semester 2 start. In the mean time, you have until the census date to drop your 24 UOC without penalty (financial). So think about it carefully and if you really want to change your program, the first thing you need to do...

    MATH1141 Question Worked Solutions

It was quite a simple question and was similar to one from the hw set. There were much harder questions in that quiz than the last ones. (Hardest were 2,3,6,7). Did you get maximum? I lost 0.33 on minimum because I forgot its a parabolic path.

    UNSW Food Guide

Nice. I might do that tomorrow because my soc meets in that area of campus. There most likely is. With ELSOC we have one every two weeks-ish, but its during an ELEC lab for me anyway lol.

    MATH1141 Question Worked Solutions

In my tute this week for algebra we missed out on doing the last 2 questions in time (which were X questions), but the tute in general was still very helpful and clear on most points. The Physics psc's are helpful depending on who we get as out lecturer for the day. If you still have a few...

We built that library so why not :p ? *I'm not inclusive*

With the Law and ASB libraries, can an engo student just rock up and study in there? Cause it seems like a really quiet place. Other than that, I usually go to village green.

    MATH1141 Question Worked Solutions

@ squareroot. There was an exactly the same question in the hw set 1 lol. And its not that bad. You just need to use your time wisely at uni. That being said, he'd answer any other question you have any time.

What car do you drive? (the new one)

The sites I used did not specify atw or atfw so I assumed its atfw.

    UNSW Food Guide

After a week or so of eating just one sandwich at uni, I've finally been able to cut my food intake to 3 small meals a day. That's another good option too.

What car do you drive? (the new one)

The 911's definitely. The stock Subaru H6's nowadays are just above at the flywheel. Nowadays a stock H4 does about 150 kW at the flywheel. A stock H6 Subaru from 2009 onwards can do just over 200 kW (210~) at the flywheel. Though back 8 years ago and more, I'm not too sure. **Note that...

No not that side. The other side where the 890 does the massive U-turn before letting people off.

    should I drop discrete maths?

Courses get harder in second year and the workload increases (I'm doing one at the moment and its workload is higher than the rest). So you need to consider why you don't understand MATH1081 work and try to see if you are capable of finishing the course at all. Alternatively you might want to...

    UNSW Food Guide

Make a sandwich in the morning. Bring it to uni. Costs me less than $2 in bulk in terms of raw food. There is a small shop that sells $3 hot chips (its quite a good price for the amount you get) at Central when you enter from the other road (not eddy avenue). But that's only for the trip back...

What car do you drive? (the new one)

OP said at the wheel plus I meant for an NA V6. There are NA H6's that could output about 200 kW atw in the mid-2000's or late-2000's make I think.
  17. anomalousdecay

What car do you drive? (the new one)

Low kms that is good. For a V6 that is a bit higher than the normal range of V6's output (which would be somewhat 180-ish for a Japanese V6 of the same age).

    Questions about driving.

This is true. Though I never indicated out left on single land roundabouts until about now where I started to do so.

Couse help ?! and uni help "D

Do what you like most. Engineering and project management would be slightly related and a good combination. Business is entirely different though, but in some circumstances it would help if you wanted to run your own engineering company. And consider UNSW as an option too for engineering.

Is HD average much more employable than D average Commerce student???

ok then its not for you dw about it. Though I can imagine there are a few ELEC subjects which would be relevant but unfortunately require pre-requisites. Those pre-requisites are math and science intensive so probably not for you. Maybe COMP1917 (which is a programming course) could help you...
