You don't need to touch up on HSC Physics much really. However, I would recommend you touching up on Moving About from prelim physics a little. You might want to understand Newton's Laws of Motion, Momentum and Impulse, Energy and Work, etc.

Never use MX1 in HSC Physics or Chemistry. You won't get the marks if you have one simple error that stuffed you up. Work with the equations given on the formula sheet and remember all other formulas that are related but not on the sheet.

I highly doubt its common. Have not heard of such cases before especially with a car that is a dealer baby. Kinda tough getting the engine rebuilt and machined. If you're rear LSD is ghosting then you'll be losing quite a bit of power. Would have cost a fortune to fix all this. You mean as in...
