Re: UNSW Chit Chat Thread 2015. Also, avoid clicking auto generate for the timetable or else you'll end up with any random timetable which does not cater for your needs. Do it manually so that you get the best timetable on offer.

Depends on the student. At least with MATH1141, a lot of things you may have learnt in HSC and are just consolidating and learning in a more rigorous manner. MATH1241 on the other hand has a lot more different content in it so it depends which side of things you will find easier. Lectures...

Possibly yes. Do as I said above in terms of accepting your Macquarie uni offer and then changing your preferences so that your most desired preferences are on top (which they should have been for the main round offers in the first place...) Then just wait for the later rounds offers and see if...
