Yep I agree that it should be on Wednesday.

There's definitely a cost associated with it (something like $20 for getting a new card). Pretty much why I won't bother uploading when I have to renew mine. The bad picture makes for a great story time of bad IDs (and somewhat ice breaker at some stage haha).

You could do that if you must but any content changes you will need to be aware of for exams and such. Also, dates and stuff might be wrong in the booklets so you would have to consistently ask other people about those.
