That doesn't seem right at all. At my old school, there wasn't any sort of 'favouritism' over the more able students. If someone wanted help, all they had to do is ask and the teachers were fully willing to help. Although, the top 1 or 2 maths classes or so usually do tend to get the newer books...

My first preference is at UC, for B Applied Science in Architecture/B Architecture, but since the UAI cutoff has gone up, im getting a little worried. I only got 75.75 in my HSC, and if it continues to go up, I wont get in. Do you think it'll rise any further?
