One advice don't eat take away Indian food, especially if you’re trying to do past papers, Me I eat Brazil Nuts, Macadamia Nuts, Pistachios, Hazelnuts, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Don't eat Peanuts they get addictive and if you stop your mouth can't study
