Haha, I suppose I could have just said hello. But alas, I did not and confusion ensued. Anyway, I was just wondering whether you're surviving this HSC mess...I'm finding it increasingly difficult to do so.
I think you'd be pleasantly surprised. I myself would be considered a 'crazy nerd' as the school I attend unfortunately warrants such a label, however almost everyone I know plays an instrument (or several) of some description.
HELL TO THE YES!
I play the acoustic! I haven't picked up my guitar in a few months so I'm a tad rusty and I've only played the electric a couple of times. I'd love to join if you'd have me after the HSC!
OP, what Uni do you go to by the way? I'm sure there would many people who would like...
I think you may find the 'Tutoring and Private Colleges' forum of BOS of more use. Look through the classifieds, I'm sure you'll find someone. Although, I do recommend a private tutor for English.
Happy hunting!
The Advanced Science lecture was brilliant! I'm really surprised more people didn't turn up and that there wasn't more than one. In all seriousness, it made the whole day more than worth it.
I just have to say it. No matter what you choose, if you aren't putting the effort in, you can't expect to recieve a mark that you're happy with. Whether it be General or 2U, you have to push yourself to do well. But personally, I would choose 2U. It will assist you greatly in Chem and Phys (if...
I think it's a great idea. You should get something permanent as opposed to chocolates or flowers. Although a tad corny, I think they'll appreciate a gift that pertains to what the teacher does. For example, my chem class is giving our teacher the Breaking Bad box set. Haha.
OP, that's essentially an essay in its entirety. o_O
I suggest you try and do it yourself, you'll make it far easier for yourself in the HSC where you have to write an essay/ adapt an essay on the spot.
Aww, I command you to get better right now!
I'm hungry too, now that I think about it. Almost 11, better head off and grab something to eat...
Have a good night, Spiralflex!
The only thing I can really think of is juxtaposition. The quote juxtaposes 'beauty' with 'horror and disgust' mainly to exemplify the extremity of the change.

The information you're looking for is in about page 15. I suggest you talk to your school; your careers advisor, principal, whomever first to help you with all of this.
Good luck!
Yes, it should. You could also pour hot water into a regular cup and let it sit until the cup becomes warm enough. Then pour out the water and hold the cup against the affected area.
I suggest you minimise any wrist movement. And yes, that includes typing, so get off BOS. If you think you jarred it, get a heat pack or use Voltaren if that doesn't ease the pain. Or you could try bandaging your wrist to prevent too much strenuous movement. So just take it easy for a while.
