no, it means you didn't perform internally as well as you did externally the school assigns ranks based on your performance in assessments, they can't just say "you are bright, qw'll give you first" - you have to earn it

yeh it shows last years only, why do u wanna know previous years - they have no bearing on what it will be this year BTW who cares what the cutoffs are, put down the course u want to do most first, even if u have no chace of getting it!!!
