Just an update, my school is probably ranked 120-130, I was previously going by 2010 results and in hindsight that was probably one of our weaker years. Does that change the estimate much? I've also dropped French so you can disregard that :)

Our Dux usually gets low to mid 99s, the Top 10 students on the Honour Roll range from high 96 to low 99, and around 50 people get an ATAR greater than 90. From my knowledge our cohort strength doesn't change too much from year to year. Does that help?
