I concur with melsc...watch your blood sugar. I get the same thing and mine is blood sugar related. Try and eat low gi and high protein foods before work. Energy from protein lasts longer than carbs. I usually eat eggs or raisin toast for breakfast with milk to try and get the energy on the up...
