If I'm 100% honest, I don't get why everyone keeps going on about the new format. Everyone always wants to do 2012 papers to get used to the new format etc. Its the EXACT SAME test, its just got 10 multiple choice questions. It'll just be like any other 4U test I think.

No I agree wholeheartedly with the ranks system. With it, it rewards consistent performance across the year and yes people are stressed now but if 100% of your mark counted JUST from the exam, and you had a one-off bad day, then you would be punished so basly for it which would render the system...
