Skim through the whole paper and try to come up with an idea for the long response. For Maths I would just flip through the paper to see home much stuff there is and start working out the answers in my head during the rest of the reading time.

Haha my teachers at school take it so seriously it's very funny! Just today, my English teacher: "If you do not include emotions in your diary entries you WILL get a mark in the E range" *hands out a sample diary entry from a published book* "This one would only get about a B..."

That will be the most likely outcome, I reckon. My reasoning in doing this is that by the end of year 11 it will be clear what subjects I am best at and enjoy most. The 14 units will give room to narrow it down instead of missing out on something and never knowing if I like it or not. Especially...

Yes, so it came to this. I couldn't decide which subjects I wanted to do more and since none of them clashed I just decided to do them all. I may drop down to 12 or 10 depending on how things go but at this stage...no-one else at my school that I know of is doing 14 and I'm just scared it will...
