    HSC 2012 MX1 Marathon #1 (archive)

Re: 2012 HSC MX1 Marathon No it should be 90 - angle CPA = tan root3/5. I've been staring at it so much I started to think the left-most triangle is 3D :O.

Tuition for mathematics, Tuition for Physics (Cambridge Coaching)

Man, all I've learnt from you: 1) Your tutoring has nothing to do with Cambridge - it was simply inspired. 2) Your replies always go off at some weird tangent so instead of answering the question, you end up advertising.

    HSC 2012 MX1 Marathon #1 (archive)

Re: 2012 HSC MX1 Marathon :O No one did the question Is it because you can't do it or because it's a pain to write down the solution? If you have done it, at least give some hints lol, I don't know how to do it.

Tuition for mathematics, Tuition for Physics (Cambridge Coaching)

Just because it says Cambridge doesn't mean it comes from Cambridge. Don't use their name as a medium for advertising. Does this mean the 3U Cambridge book comes from Cambridge? I just looked at the authors, and don't see one word mentioning Cambridge. Perhaps it was funded by the university but...

    90 naruto episodes in 5 days (H)

DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUDE!. Tobi is not Madara. Madara is dead. He died ages ago, remember? Tobi is simply impersonating him. Also, Zetsu has a very important role in the war.

    90 naruto episodes in 5 days (H)

4th shinobi war, so interesting :). I'm up to Naruto Shippuden 243 and One piece 529, haha up to date on both. Got to say, naruto is getting better as the plot begins to interweave.

Dude Just bump your threads or at least make them more detailed or you won't get any interest.

Re: 2012 HSC MX1 Marathon Construct BA and point D (I forgot to write point Q which is produced from PA and lies on second circle) let /_DPB = x /_PAB = x (angle between tangent and chord equal to angle in alternate segment) /_BAQ = 180 - x (adjacent supplementary angles) /_BCQ = 180 - x...

    Help on unit circle

    1) You keep posting in wrong section 2) Read a textbook or use google if you want to know how to use unit circle.

    Polynomial notation

    Thanks :D
  13. S

    Polynomial notation

    b) is something I made up c) is the long way of writing, cambridge uses it Yeah, I'll check. How do you write \Pi on paper? Do you need to have the two small horizontal strokes at the bottom? Someone draw on paint please :)
  14. S

    Polynomial notation

Ok, so I checked Terry Lee Polynomials. Chapter 3.3 Q14, and he uses method a). So does the cambridge 4U worked solutions. So yeah, a) seems good enough
  15. S

    Polynomial notation

    Yay thanks
  16. S

    Polynomial notation

Really? :D 100% sure? Do you mean I can use a) flat out, without even having delta or gamma? Or do you mean using a) once I refer \alpha, \beta, \gamma, \delta to my own roots like you said in your previous reply?
  17. S

    Polynomial notation

Wth, never seen that before. But is it any different in saying a) \sum \alpha\beta \gamma \delta ?
  18. S

    Polynomial notation

*her I think c) should have said "product of roots" instead of "sum of product of roots" What do you mean by "saying let the roots be \alpha, \beta, \gamma, \delta"? In this case I can't since the roots are reciprocals. Or do you mean what nightweaver said?
  19. S

    Polynomial notation

But then I may as well just write sum of products three/two at a time. Is b) a sufficient notation?
  20. S

    Polynomial notation

But in my example, I never used gamma or delta, so that means I can only use option b) or c)? Is b) even allowed?
