Yeah, and you'll have to do better in your other subjects to achieve 95. But, seriously. Don't think about these things now. Stop worrying and start believing in yourself. Work hard next year and try to achieve high ranks, that's the only thing that should be on your mind.

Depends on what your subjects are. But yeah, generally you have to do well. Not necessarily 90+ in all your subjects.

Like others have said, rest. If you really want to do something, read books (not prescribed texts for English - books that you would actually want to read). Other than that, don't do anything. Take a break from year 11 and start with a fresh mind for year 12.

7pm - 3am: study

Don't do absolutely nothing, you might start to forget things if you don't revise. Even just reading your notes and doing a paper a week is better than doing nothing.

You can achieve 92+ with either of those sets of subjects.

Try using index cards. My detailed summaries are 20-30 pages, then I write my summaries of summaries on index cards, 1 dot point on each side.
