three out of the top four at grammar this year dont do sciences. clearly humanities win.

yes but menzies says he got full marks. thats a VERY rare thing to occur. plus, menzies was the second best in the olympiad in australia, to some guy in queensland or something. lacy is still about 10th in australia. okay our maths tops are - two people on 95/96 for 2 unit (10 above 92)...

lacy's currently averaging 97% for 4 unit maths. yeah but hes not as good as menzies was. you reckon you can top it namu?

im pretty sure our school will top 4 maths (and french, greek, greek extension, latin, latin extension, music, economics. and maybe one or two of the other languages). we have lacy. mwahahaha. menzies last year, lacy this year, vasak next year, tim large the year after.

Hmm, i was wondering. for my prefered course of commerce or eco /law, which uni would be better? because most people seem to be saying sydney for a law degree, but nsw for an eco/commerce degree. that doesnt help a combined degree.

No. It's not. Unless your talking about external marks. but if the external mark for your subject was the same in each, then you would be much better off with a higher ranking than a higher raw internal mark, because your internal moderated mark generally only counts ranking and doesnt...

can somebody explain how exactly scaling for each subject works? its definately not on a straight line distribution from 0 to 100, as last year economics scaling was better than modern history up to 95 but was worse after 95. so wouldnt that mean scaling changes for each subject depending on...
