Thank God they changed it. 6.5 pages down to one is bad enough, a 5 sentence summary is just crazy. It's probably the same article; it's about ethics, desires, sin, "the Good", subjective/objective values...ARGH! This is gibberish to me.

I'm not liking this course very much (my impression from the first class + course outline). It's like a much worse version of HSC english. Thoughts?

It was originally a Jap manga series then it was adapted in Taiwan as Meteor Garden, followed by the Jap version, Hana Yori Dango and finally a Korean version was made, Boys Over Flowers. There are also rumours for a Chinese version! I'm loving the Korean version though! ^_^

Oh, you can reduce noise using sony vegas? I've reduced the overall volume, mixed tracks and such but never tried that... I shall soon though.

What's the best sound editing freeware available? - preferably something able to reduce background noise/vocals in an mp3 track. I'm using Audacity atm, just wondering if there's anything better out there.

Just keep reading over them, they'll become really familiar and you'll probably remember them for quite some time! If you find it hard to memorise things, you could try writing them on small cards and read them throughout the day; when you've semi-memorised it, try and recite it before you...

He's the best character.

I think it does get a little bit better, towards the ending. But the standard was set pretty high during the first few episodes and i don't think it quite reaches that level again.

I liked it but there's a certain point (for me at least) where everything starts going downhill. It's still fun to watch though.
