Say the uni you're transferring to or via applying through UAC through the same uni, does the uni know your subject results for the unis studied? Or is it just a down simple one GPA-ATAR equivalent that UAC gives to the uni?

Depends how bad it is including your marks, not just fail grades. If there was some circumstance that was out of your control and already discussed this with a doctor/counsellor, you can revoke those grades/marks off your transcript. Otherwise, depending on the marks and grades and how many...
