Dw my Chem raw internal mark was probably around 83/100 for a rank 11 at my school and I ended up with a 97 final HSC mark. So they definitely do some aligning of school's assessment marks to account for schools with 'harder' assessments vs schools with easier assessments

Raw marks really depend on how hard the exam was, so I think a better indicator would be to used the aligned raw marks/final HSC marks. For final HSC marks, around a 95 average in Phys/Chem/Eco/English/4U and a 98+ 3U should be fine. With the 95 average you can definitely can do better in some...

I probs got like 60% raw in one of those exams last sem and got a HD. I knew all the content of the course pretty well as well. So in summary these questions are definitely not a good representation of the course content (except for Multiple choice-but those are never released xd)
