brah you can't compare different flavours across brands
but i sussed it out today when i went shopping
coles lemon cracked pepper has more protein than spring water
spring water has more than some other shitty flavour i can't remember the name of

i woke up at 11 today
had a tin of coles italian style tuna for breakfast/lunch

and just then for dinner i had some chicken kebabs marinated in honey mustard
with some salad
so good

i'm eating so much tuna for breakfast or lunch lately

ham and tomato for lunch.
