mt: 95g tin tuna in spring water
lunch: chicken, pumpkin, lettuce 2 cups coffe
at: almonds 95g tin tuna
home:1/2 this protein cookie dough stuff i made it's *amazing* has chocolate protein powder, cocoa, dates, almond meal all blended up and frozen tastes so good
dinner: pork, pumpkin
