morning tea: tuna, apple
lunch: chicken, brown rice, salad, gelato (chocolate fondant and apple pie flavours)
a/t: 2 slices wholemeal bread with butter and a protein shake

protein shake and a cup of juice. dem post workout carbs nomnomnom
dinner will be chicken and salad
