Echinacea and vitamin c could help. Or, like someone else said, you could take better care of yourself.

Zinc. The pharmacist recommended it, i can't remember what for. Now i'm pretty sure I mildy overdosing on it as i started off on the zinc correct (you know the strong one, for the first tiem you take it?) and it tasted AWSOME.. and then i didn't want to goonto the lower level one as it doesn;t taste as good. So everyday i have several sppons of this zinc stuf in water. GOD its like crazy sour orange sherbert juice!

edit: im pretty sure there are NO benefits.

I'm supposed to take a multi vitiamin, iron, vitamin c and b, zinc, calcium and fish oil or flaxseed oil because I'm a vegetarian and I'm sick also. Sometimes I take silicia for my skin, it helps heaps.

But usually I dont take any of them cos vitamins make me feel nauseous for some reason. It annoys my mum, there's always something new she's wanting me to take. :/

my brother tried taking Ginko Biloba when he was at school, because it promotes memory and brain function (apparently)

Except.. he kept forgetting to take it

But I take,
- Evening Primrose Oil, because it stops my breasts becoming bowling balls, during my period
- Iron Tablets, because I'm anaemic and dont eat nearly enough red meat
- Multivitamin (because my mums a freak)

If i can feel myself getting sick, I take Vitamin C, and Garlic/Echinacea.

But only when i remember.
