Do you actually microwave your oats etc?

I just add milk to mine and eat them like cereal.
yeah, and usually mix in something like peanut butter or protein powder before adding milk to make them more substantial. oats are great.

to make it more substantial you should microwave it. it'll fill you up like you've never been filled up before


humans don't actually need carbs fyi
there are essential fats and essential proteins but not carbs
they're just a quick energy source. if you go no/low carb, you'll feel a bit sluggish (maybe) for a few days but after that you'll be tip top table top.
you'll drop retained fluid and your appetite will be slightly suppressed

it's worth a try, you can notice huge changes after a month of strict no carb eating, just gotta make sure you get plenty of fibre from green things

Lunch: bread roll with chicken and avocado, 1 sushi roll
Dinner: fush n chups
