tf 12 hours? That's a bit overkill isn't it. I know heaps of people that studies max 6 hours a day and still got >99.5
Have breaks it's not really full time hahaha, some of that is spent procrastinating and having lunch so it's still around 6-8 hours on average

yeah 12 is just a bit too much if he just wants to get a 90+
ik people who are tryna get 99.95 and are studying max 12 hours
Had bad study habits before, and although I can understand how it may be overkill I don't find myself as the smartest sheep in the shed when it comes to school so I need as much time as possible tbh, not one to grasp concepts very quickly and I often need to work through many problems before I understand what I'm doing

howd you teach yourself to wake up and sleep early I want to wake up early but I get too tired and end up having to sleep in
I guess getting out of bed in the morning even though you're tired is just willpower

I recommend the app 'Alarmy', really good and wish I knew about it during trials because for 2 english trials (we had 3 sets of trials) I was like "I'm gonna wake up early and study I'm too tired" and slept in so I had to cram really hard... but yeah amazing app for ensuring you wake up - especially the photo option

LMAO sometimes I think I study too much that I also end up crying myself to sleep because it feels as if it's already a part of my daily routine to study for so long and I want to focus on my physical health and wellbeing more, brain says "nope you're sitting on that chair and studying ur ass off"

‘Healthy body, healthy mind’ is an old and true adage.
I recommend a short jog or brisk walk at least every second day - the boost to circulation will likely make study hours more effective.
After a brisk walk, I can actually feel an increase in my peripheral circulation (fingers, toes) and clearer mentation.

DS does hard athletics training twice a week and an 8km run three times a week*. His study hours in between are not excessive, but highly effective.

*Edited to add: I’m not recommending this level of exercise for everyone, but 20-30 minutes at least every second day would be beneficial.

Thanks for the suggestion, generally I try to keep a good exercise routine in consideration while I’m studying but I think at this point it’s more about having the urge to go out. Hard to find the motivation to exercise a lot -_-

Etho_X lol. I studied 12 hours a week (not a day)... isn't that a bit much - there are other things to do in life, right. 6-8 is okay but still overkill...
