Can someone recommend a gen ed subject which isn't too difficult and doesnt have essays as a form of examination?

Doing ACTL2131, ACTL2111 and FINS1612 next sem, and id like to do a 'chilled' Gen ed to alleviate the workload from the other 3.

ARTS1690 - it's a linguistics course, and iirc they have no exams and all the assessments are quizzes and tests

Provisional Semester 1 2016 class timetables are out.

Class locations might change, so be wary of that but in the past (2 semesters), I didn't had this problem.

Pretend you are doing an Engineering degree. How do you change your program to a double degree such as Engineering/Commerce?

5 day week for me as well (that's what happens when you do a Maths/Stats major), plan for now is ACTL3141, ACTL3151, MATH3901, MATH3911 (R.I.P) not sure if I will do the MATH courses next year though, might do them in 4th year and do some relatively easier courses instead (maybe ECON2101, ECON2206 or ECON2209) and reduce some stress/workload. Decisions decisions ...

yes, it is - some of it is basic, but some of the later stuff looks pretty interesting

Hey I don't go to UNSW but I'm just wondering.. is the journey there as arduous and shitty as everybody makes it out to be? It's not going to make me change my mind about wanting to go there or anything, but I'm just curious.

No just expect a line for the bus if you travelling from central to UNSW and vise versa.

Depends where you're coming from, i find it really shit though

No just expect a line for the bus if you travelling from central to UNSW and vise versa.

It's going to be chaos when the light rail construction begins at high street

Contact arts faculty. A nice e-mail to the person who is usually in charge of the course would do you well.
