Why must you always quote an entire post?
You should only quote what is relevant, or the part/snippet which you are responding to, so that other users wont get lost hehehe.
But it's nice that you quote, otherwise people would be thinking "who is he talking to..."

LOL I haven't seen him since 2 weeks ago? He came over to drop off my jumper, which I left in the car (as you might recall, UNSW Open Day).
I haven't seen his haircut, and he hasn't told me anything about it. I should talk to him right now about it...

How about, 3.3GHz, 1GB dual channel RAM
(used to have 2GB dual channel, until I had to put two sticks/DIMMs of 512MB DDR400 in another pc)

I find it odd that this doesn't seem to have been done before. Post your system specs people. This is usually mandatory of any forum that has anything to do with computers (quite often specs are places in sigs).
I'll get the ball rolling.
CPU: Athlon64 2800+ @ 2100Mhz (It is a Clawhammer so it is superior to other 2800+'s when stock but it doesn't overclock well)
Mobo: K8NSPro (Nforce3)
GPU: Leadtek 6600GT 500/900 @ 570/1220 (very good overclock luckily)
Memory: 512MB of generic PC3200 (gonna get 1gig of something quality ASAP)
HDD: 1 x 20gig Seagate, 1 x 60gig Seagate, about to buy a 160gig SATA with 8mb cache.
I will post up some benchmarks later, but it can run Doom3 on High at 1024x768 at 80 or so FPS IIRC. 3DMark03 (even though it's reflection on real life performance is questionable) goes to high 8 thousands IIRC. Stability was checked by looping 3DMark01 and 03 for hours on end.
