Flemington viet food is only good if you haven't tried Cabra tho.. heck, everywhere tastes crap after Cabra.. WHYYY..

Oh.. I had bun bo hue, twice, but it aint as great as pho.. because the noodles are round and harder to grip hence it takes more time to eat..

It's best in peak hour time.. 1-2pm..
Before that the soup isnt really ready yet..
After that, the soup might have more MSG and not be as boiling hot.

the place is a bit small but it tastes the best by far. i feel like some now.

If you see Commonwealth Bank [Johns St], opposite it is Red Lea.. then you go down that side/row of shops, and you should see Pho54.. I think it's next to a chemist.. The shop is like 3m wide lol don't miss it.

I will give tours of Cabramatta for free, if I'm free that day. However, I deplore going to Cabramatta on weekends cause of all the bloody tourist traffic clogging up all the roads.

I stopped going to Pho 54 because... well I've stopped going to Pho restaurants in general. Last Pho I had was at Canley Heights. Last Cabramatta Pho I had was Pho Viet near the station. Only ate there cause I was waiting for a Bankstown train and they come every half hour.
