I forgot to mention this as well.

When you go eat at Pho An or any place where they use chopsticks (although I would say Pho An is the worse), have you had a look at the tips of the chopsticks?

IT'S FUCK DIRTY!!!!

It's like they dont clean the chopsticks at all and then you eat with them and the chopsticks been used by so many people. Probably going to get AIDS.

true, they probably just douse the chopsticks in soapy water, and leave it for a few hours then re use it (Pho An is the worst)

my mum also makes awesome pho! usually if we buy it she'll add stuff to it and it'll taste even better than pho an. but it's best when she cooks it from scratch *drools*. pho is such an artform, i hope to perfect it one day. *drools again*.

oh and pho in australia > than pho in vietnam cos of the noodle to meat ratio.

and definitely cheap ass pho >> than expensive pho. never trust expensive pho [how unasian can you get ].

I am a Melbourne boy and I have had pho in Sydney, in places like Bankstown. Pho down in Melbourne is seriously so much better. It has a more natural flavour (yes theres still MSG but theres so much more flavour).

You haven't tasted real pho until you have been to melbourne!
