Hmm. Lynn would agree that Marcus is half-correct - or quarter-correct - or one-eighth-correct, as her father is of Chinese descent (although neither he nor his father - or perhaps even his father's father was born in China).

Lynn is told she resembles her mother's side more, if that helps, although she has her father's bone structure?!?!

Hahah Alan must admit he also alcks the abilty to determine ones nationality. He suggests Lynns parents were born in Asia.

As to Marcus' question, Alan is currently switching back and forth from the last page he left to catch up on conversation. He has 7 pages to go.

Marcus thinks that it is either Japan or Vietnam...Lynn's skin seems to be too dark to be Korean.

EDIT: Lynn's face shape is neither Korean nor Japanese...Marcus is confused.

Lynn laughs and yes, her parents were definately born in Asia. Seeing as the "game" is not really all that fun for participants, Lynn shrugs and says that she has Malaysian descent. Although she is an aussie, true and true!

This photo was taken when Lynn was very tanned - in photos of Textiles Major Work, you will notice that Lynn is much paler nowadays :)

Lynn is impressed by Marcus' knowledge of facial structure.

He knew all along :p ;)
Lynn knows he did and does not think that he is just saying that to make himself feel better (honestly!)

In another random moment, Lynn wonders what Greek people eat. She is only familiar with Ancient Sparta cuisine and refuses to believe that culinary tastes have not evolved somewhat since then.

Marcus finds ethnicity an interesting topic, and thus observes people and listens to them when they speak about their ethnicity.

Since everyone already knows Marcus' lineage, Marcus would like to ask what ethnicity Lynn and Alan would think Marcus was if he hadn't told them, and if they just looked at the photo's.

Alan was almost hit in the face with the sarcasm that infused that line.

On a different note. Alan wonders how he will log out of BOS at the state library computers. He also wonders why babydoll is STILL at the library. And he wonders which computer it was on.

Alan is - insert word - with his - insert word -.

Lynn was actually not being sarcastic when she said that. Lynn apologises if it came across that way, but Lynn is far too childish to be sarcastic and subtle - if Lynn wishes to be sarcastic, it is sarcastic to the point where you are sick to the sight of sarcasm well and truly overflowing from the page.

Lynn is not very subtle.

PS: Alan must click the "Log out" at the bottom of the BOS main page if he wishes to log out. :)

It depends on where in Greece you are. My family in Corinth eat "trachana" which is a type of really really delicious yoghurt pasta as a staple. Greeks also eat things like "dolmades" (rice stuffed in vine leaves), a whole lot of cheeses (yes, including Fetta!), alot of meat dishes - usually lamb or pork - marinated in olive oil, lemon juice and oregano. Greeks also have some more 'interesting' dishes like "Splinadero" the stuffed intestine of a sheep, "koukaretsi" which is basically offle; and sheeps brain (which actually tastes quite nice!).

Hmm...

Lynn would really rather stick to the plainer dishes, as Lynn eats like an 8-yr-old and anything "weird" is "yucky". Lynn's vegetables STILL have to be "hidden", or balanced with something extremely yummy. Lynn is intrigued by "dolmades" and sound of the meat dishes and the pasta. Lynn loves pasta.

ROFL. Perhaps, had that been the case, Alan would have been edible and easy on the stomach, as he would have been made of chocolate. Lynn would have been first in line to take a bite out of Alan! Lynn loves chocolate!

Obviously, Alans joke failed, as he WAS being sarcastic.

Alan doesnt have the guts to try new things. He seems to be someone that sticks to what he knows, as there has rarely been the time where Alan's risks have paid off. He thinks he has a very standard taste in food.

Alan would have also been first in line to take a bite outta Alan, even if he wasnt made of chocolate. However, he confesses that he too, is a chocoholic.

Marcus thinks dolmades are great and really likes the meat dishes. Greeks also have alot of fish in their diet. Including the hundreds of little whiting fish, which are so small that they can be battered and fried whole. Culinary tastes have changed since Sparta, and Greek food is generally very nice. Its actually something hearty, which you can enjoy and which fills you up. Its not fussy French stuff. :p
