You can't get STD's from oral sex. From sex education at school If I recall correctly, you'd need to drink at least a litre before there is any chance of getting it.

Yeah, but there are STDs which can be spread through skin contact, like herpes...
and if there are any bacteria/viruses in the semen, it can enter your bloodstream if you have an open cut in your mouth... so better to be safe then sorry, unless you and your partner know for sure that you're both clean
