What've you all got planned for these holidays?

I've got 7 post-it notes on book spines all around my books. Even got them in order- A book on history in film, Machiavelli's The Prince, both of Homer's, Barry Kemp's Anatomy of a Civilisation (which I want to read again), some book on marxist theory, and a book on Egyptian theology. Hopefully I can get through them all.

I'm also wanting to get a good PC game, I'll have to go have a chat with my friend at EB and see what's good. Other than that, I'm doing nothing, because I'm unemployed and am going to make like $1000 for two days of work making music.

dam. i would hate to do drafts. especially given that everything for me is typed so i end up just having the final thing, which is based on drafts etc. I do my essays strangely where i just make paragraphs and very very slowly tie it all together...so i wouldnt be able to hand in a draft of any readable sort.


im in the mood for lots of books. i might buy Herodotus' Histories or something. im in the mood especially for myth, given the silmarillion book im reading again.. oh and the new harry potter book comes out soon (i have no shame, i read HP and im not ashamed of it ).

And i might even do some work for next semester subjects. Skittled, apparently you downloaded last years PSY235 ilectures? if so, Would it be possible for me to get them off you (via msn? if you have cable, maybe the first few, not necessarily all of them). I would have done it straight from the site but the sites gone :/

Anywayz, hope everyone enjoys their holidays. (4 more weeks before they end )

what i have planned is lots of shopping, lots of movies, BCG comp, skiing at perisher, and top it off with a week of workin at enrolments

Oh, no, get Greek!- arete (total excellence), time (honour) are cool when written. You'll also pick up hot greek guys, and not latin nerds...

The hip is a very sexy place, though.

Your Latin word may have been "visvires", "fortitudo", or "lacerto"... I think.
