I really want to make more cupcakes! I'm thinking of making up a recipe for Neapolitan cupcakes.

They've just come out of the oven. I've run out of icing sugar so I can't ice them yet. You might have to wait a bit for the pictures.
They look and smell really good though Like Neapolitan icecream in cupcake form!

I made these cupcakes last May. Rainbow marble cakes. I didn't ice them because I ended up just turning the batters into a big birthday cake (because I was lazy and I was making a cake for my friend at 1am in the morning).
