how did ur first assessment go 4 english
and what was it for
mine was on area of study
it was in 3 parts...
my first part was a speech on physical journeys on our two related texts
i got 8/15 for that
im still awating the other two parts. creative writing and AOS essay
ill post em up when i get the results

I was so shocked when i got 17/20, however 10 students who also do Ext 1 English scored full marks.

only one person in my grade got 15/15 for that speech
heaps got 14 but

I had the same assessment as joe except im doing imaginative journeys. I got 13/15 which was okay (2 ppl got 14, 7 got 15 :O) so yeah..

got 24.5/30... was hoping for more considering i had a similar speech last year but for change and got 29/30...

there were two assessments that i had to do last term. the mark i got for the first one, a speech on three related texts, was 16/20 and i haven't got my marks back for the second one (a radio interview) yet.

physical journeys is for any english it doesnt matter... you have the choice and some schools chose physical for advanced... like mine which we havnt done yet, we start that this term

we never got a choice, i came up to Adv English from General at the start of the year and without choice went for Physical journies to imaginative journies

we did our tests 10 weeks ago ( a listening task where u listened to a stimulus and had to write a few short answers then an extended response linking to BOS texts ) and the teachers said they haven't been completely marked and recorded.. what gay >:

Oh we were surpose to get them back today. But she forgot!!!! My my forgot about year 12. Hopfully she won't forget that we have a HSC at the end of this year
