well i was pretty happy with what i got for my assessment task. the task was that we had to make a speech up bout imaginative journeys and relate out understanding of it back to other related texts. (poo) and well i got 25.5 ot of 30 which is like 88%?? dunno something like that, but dont u hate it when u ask your teacher where u could have improved and it was only something little and stupid and obvious. oh geez!! *fore head slap*

I did the same assessments as sphyx (and she's beaten me both times...just!!)
The first speech i got 17.5/20 (10%) and just got back huge mammoth imaginative related text analysis and story with 19/20 (20%). Happy :D

This is so weird!
Everyone here seems to have had assessments based on AOS or related materials - our first assessment task was a listening/writing response - essay. On the journey, yes, but nothing to do with AOS!
Our next one is a speech on Module A!

Not that I am complaining of of course, give me listening over essays any day! :D

MODULE B: CRITICAL STUDY OF TEXTS
Section 1:
1. Listen and take notes from the OTen King Lear tape. No more than to pages
2. COmpose a response of 200 words which discusses how the notes you have taken assist you in your understanding of the different interpretations producers place on King Lear

Section 2:
1. Find TWO critics that comment on a production of King Lear. You are to comment on each critic' writings and how it applies to King Lear as a play. 200 words on each critical reading
2. You are to find at least two scenes and two characters from King Lear and relate how both of your chosen critical readings relate to both these characters and scenes from King Lear. No more than 500 words.
3. You are to relate both critical readings of two productions of King lear and the techniques each producer uses to create meaning within their production of King Lear. No more than 500 words.

We are at exactly the same place as you! Just half-way though Module A!
And its annoying our teacher because we have exams soon, and she wont be able to test us on this module, because we wont be finished by then! YAY for time! :D
