You know what's really great. When they tell you they have overpaid you so you now have a debt with them. And you can't get through to them after several attempts to sort it out. So they refer you to a fucking debt collection agency, which starts sending out demanding letters, and you then have...

I think it's a good idea. I haven't been able to get to sleep any earlier than about 11.30 on any sort of consistent basis since I was 13 or 14. Throughout the last few years of high school I was constantly sleep deprived. This wasn't the only factor, but 10-4 certainly would've helped.

The problem is poor customer service is often indicative of cost-cutting in other areas (lack of adequate bandwidth, long waiting periods to repair faults, billing/usage errors etc). I've only ever heard of the first occurring with TPG- for a lot of customers in off-peak their connection slows...
