Yr 11 doesn't matter. In year 12....half yearlys dont matter. Focus on the HSC only. Also, if you only plan on picking creative subjects (art, music drama dance dnt etc) make sure you also pick a hard subject (math, studies of religion, business, history etc) just so as you UAI wont suffer...
