    At Fort Street the next assessment task is worth the weighting of all the previous assessments + that assessment combined i.e. the trials would be 100% of your internal weighting.

    I went from 68kg at the beginning of this year to 76kg, granted tho, I need to gain some weight so I'm happy. - Maintain a good sleeping pattern (12 - 7 maybe)
