    Work Experience?

I did my work experience at USYD at their Civil Engineering building! It wasn't really work experience so much as observation but in the end it was definitely worth it. You can look online to see if there are any vacancies as well but I think most of them are closed by now. You don't need to...

all school duxs have a guarenteed position in sydney uni

Well technically many unis do that, but usyd seems to have been doing it more than others and much more frequently.

all school duxs have a guarenteed position in sydney uni

To be honest USYD spends too much money on the wrong priorities. They apparently use the funds they have collected from current students and spend it more on advertising and attracting new, potential students rather than on improving its facilities.

    Apple or Android?

The only thing customizable for Apple is your device case. Unlike android, you cam barely do much to personalise the layout of your phone/tablet. Android is much flexible and if you want to sync or transfer files to your computer, there's no need to download and use stupid iTunes.

How to create a new religious organisation in Australia?

The thing is, it's hard to test the IQ of children because they are so young and since their brains aren't fully developed. So even if you did somehow find " 125+ " children, chances are, the test results aren't exactly reliable or accurate.

What will happen when oil runs out?

Re: What will happen? Imagine if they actually tried to send radioactive waste into space, but they got shit funding from the government and the rocket turns out substandardly. Then before the rocket can break free of its orbit, it gets pulled down by Earths gravity and crashes. Spilling...

The real reason why you weren't homeschooled, your parents don't love you enough...

Re: The real reason why you weren't homeschooled, your parents don't love you enough. Hey if you want to be homeschooled, then that's fine by me, but I hate it when you try to force your opinion through and diss on anyone who isn't homeschooled. Attending a public school (whether selective or...

Why are there not many ruse people on BOS?

I'm still wondering why there's this mutual hate/rivalry between James Ruse and Hurlstone, lol

What will happen when oil runs out?

Re: What will happen? It's hard to tell what will happen so far ahead in the future. There could be two main outcomes (at least two): Either humans discover a new alternative in terms of energy and resources, and we start relying on that rather than oil. OR As oil runs out, the prices...

need help with my FIRST resume!!!

Good layout, though I would put my contact details, address and such near the top of the page rather than the bottom. First subtitle should be "objectives", what position are you looking for? Examples of Objective statements: - Seeking a part-time role as a waiter/waitress at [company name] -I...

need help with my FIRST resume!!!

Ditto dirty_ink. Don't overflow your layout, make sure there's enough white space between the lines/sections. Always, always, always do a spelling & grammar check before you publish your resume. Keep fonts simple and don't use more than 2 or 3 different fonts. You'll need references (or...
