Yes, CMS do, so it doesn't matter what, they were notified, and probably area HR depending on local policies/proceedures.

That's absolutely ridiculous? An emergency exit exists FOR EMERGENCIES, regardless of whether or not a fire is blazing through the store... The fact that the fire alarms went off surely is enough for you to use the door without hassles? I actually think it would have been negligent if you went...

Hah, CSTM, that reminds me of the days when I was trying to get a job at KFC. From memory, they have CSTM (customer service team member) and FSTM (food service team member) / aka counter bitch and cook. But that is completely irrelevant.

Amazing. It's brilliant that I can see who's working and when they are working! I hope they do not take that feature away, I mean, I can walk in the store and see every bodies roster anyway, so it doesn't really matter!

Regardless, any extra bit of 'official training' you can acquire, like Cert II in retail will only benefit you in the future. May as well do it even if you aren't planning on going into retail.

By the way, our fridge(s) do have the pull down sheet, on the large main fridge anyway, forgot to check on the smaller fridges. COOL FIND, another thing which I have brought to our store from BoS :P EDIT: Oh and whilst I was playing with that, I found the light switch for the LED lights in the...

Yeah that's what I mean by directing the customer to the website. But yeah, as i said, i'm not sure if you can do it through citrix or something. Somebody who has tried will eventually be able to say :P

    The Woolworths Thread

No, I think there might be a way to do it from the backend point of view, like through Citrix or something, but you can always give the customer a new pamphlet and get them to register the new card. They can cancel/remove/update any existing cards anyway. They all have access to it, because they...

You would obviously blur all details, you wouldn't just upload their information *roll*

    The Woolworths Thread

Nope, you just wait for it to load, enter details and press submit. The customer must produce a valid form of ID that has their current residential address on it. These are drivers license or proof of age cards (as long as the address is listed, and a photo obviously). School ID's are not a...

I have been doing this for as long as I can remember :P. NOBODY at my store knew you could do it, I introduced it and feel so proud :P This was discussed back in the day when BOS was active. It's pretty teh awesome.

We are also getting that health and beauty refurb. We have the 2010 refurb just like you (by the sounds of it), except ours was done properly including new registers. I got to work the other day and the lighting in health and beauty was different, i stopped and went 0.o :\. Nothing has been done...

THOSE LUCKY FUCKS But seriously, I am actually impressed at how Woolworths is improving the experience for it's employees. AllYours, epayslips, online rosters, you name it... It's fantastic in my opinion.

I don't think any of ours do that, and we have one large drinks fridge which is especially new. Hmmmm, is it hidden up in the top of it maybe? I'll have a look next time I go into work.
