I truly don't care that I am not a school captain/prefect/whatever. But I do realise that the system at my school is ridiculously corrupt. At my school (if you can call it that..) you become a captain dependent on your last name, or how much money mummy and daddy have donated to the 'voluntary...

Senior marker, eh? Sounds scary. Haha, our GP ran really smoothly with only one glitch, that didn't even matter because you couldn't tell..!

we got those exactly! ...did we have the same markers by any chance? One short lady with really white blonde hair, and one with shoulder length brown hair?

I know not everyone is finished yet, but how did everybody go? I had GP and IP monologue, and both went fairly well, with no screw ups! How were everyone's markers? We had two fairly young women, who were really friendly, not the 'senile marker' type at all! So yeah. How did everything go?

I wasn't even looking at Actuarial- I was in Arts, and the people there were fantastic, ALOT more personable and knowledgeable than the Usyd and UNSW people (or so it seemed..!) I think Macquarie has a 'vibe' to it. I really, really liked it. Really.

I can't study in my room. I just can't...which seems to be incredibly inconvenient. Also, I can't study in the morning unless I'm outside.

So, who's finished their majors? With my infinity of majors, I've only got one left- Music 2 performance/composition next week, then i'm done! How did it all go? Any last minute panics?

No, but you use techniques learnt in English for Drama, Visual Art, Society and Culture, Modern and Ancient History... In any subject that requires you to write an argument or thesis-based essay, or an essay framed around sources or quotes, English is your best friend. It's not the content...

Just putting it out there, but... Music 2. You have to be analytical and creative at the same time. Be able to deconstruct chords and scores, notate music from simply listening to it, memorise a melody in 1 minute, performance assessments, multiple compositions, timed exams that don't allow...

Oh, I dunno. I've gotta say, I'm my most productive in the middle of the night surviving on caffeine. My reflection statement was 8 times better thanks to me staying up all night..
