Yes, if you're doing OKish at Advanced, you should definitely continue it. And pace yourself through yr11 so don't stress out too much, but of course give it a serious attempt. Yr11 is a good practice run for Yr12.

Yes, self-learning is definitely a very important skill. A good textbook should be sufficient.

Some films would work really well with certain set texts, so don't rule them out always. But of course, you would need to analyse some scenes in more detail than others.

Pen spinning is quite fun, but it took a while for me to learn even the basic 'spins'.

Do not leave UMAT preparation too late. I have some practice papers available if you're interested(pm me) Interview is another important component, but I would advise you focus on UMAT at the moment.

Just remember that English has to count, so persevere and put in your best effort.

Although it can be easy to, definitely do not neglect your weaker subjects. 10 units counts towards the ATAR.

Yes, English can be a struggle at times, but remember it counts towards you ATAR. In the end it will pay off.

Personally doing practice papers is the best preparation, (in my opinion) I have 10 papers available for $50, a big saving on $500 courses.

The interview is a very important part of selection process, more so in certain unis. I think they do a pretty decent job picking out who actually wants to do MEd.

yes, i agree that you should give it your best shot. Yes, practice papers are definitely very worthwhile. (I have 10 papers for $50, much cheaper than $500 courses).
