You can request your paper under the Freedom of Information act or w/e, but it doesn't necessarily mean you're going to get it. You need a pretty convincing reason/argument for the Board to accept it, and you have to pay a fee.
Not as far as a scaffold =p But jotting down your main points cos your memory might falter a bit under exam conditions. That way, you're able to have your main points down and add more if they come to your head.
Nah, I was flicking thru the UAC guide before. Seems like a pretty good course, albeit for a few talented people! =D
